Order history

Below a guide on how to access your order history, view orders, track the delivery of your orders, or reorder products from previous orders.

Please go to www.lgcstandards.com, and then click onto the Sign In link within the red box as shown below:

Once the user has clicked the Sign In link the Login screen appears as shown below, this is where the user enters their E-Mail and Password:

Once a user has logged into the web shop, the user will need to click onto their name and select Order history from the drop down list, as illustrated below:

Each order contains the following information at a line item level – order no; PO no; Date entered (placed online); order status and the value of the Order (in the user’s currency), as illustrated below:

  • Users can see Order history from newest to oldest orders (listed at the bottom).
  • Order history includes web & offline orders from the last 365 days (or last 100 orders whichever is less)
  • Order number is “Clickable” – click and review the order details

Below an example of the order details from a previous order, users can:

  • Add to basket individual lines from an old order.
  • Re-order entire order by “Adding all to basket”.
  • View the tracking number.
  • Order details include the status; the planned dispatch date; No. of items shipped and the value of the line.

Users can click on the tracking number and this takes them to the carrier website, where they can track their order, as illustrated below:
